“ We rent a cottage in Old Saybrook for one week every summer, and one night of that week we have friends over and do a lobster pot from Atlantic Seafood. It couldn't be easier. Corn, potatoes, mussels or clams, and lobsters are all in one pot--add 3 cups water, boil for about 30 minutes, melt some butter, and serve. Order ahead, pick up at about the appointed time, bring the pot back at your leisure the next day. It's always a special and festive meal and the service is friendly and quick. ”
